Robert J. Brown retired as President/COO of Toshiba America Electronic Components in June 2000. He has 40 years of experience in the electronic components business, including semiconductors, display tubes, disk drives, CD-ROMs, DVD drives, LCDs, and rechargeable batteries.
Since retiring from Toshiba, Mr. Brown is consulting for several startup companies and is currently acting as COO for API, Inc., in San Juan Capistrano, a company focusing on "location technology."
Susan Howington is an expert in the executive outplacement industry, and the Founder and CEO of Power Connections, Inc., an innovative professional networking agency that provides effective person to person connections. Mike Mohajer Before his retirement in 2003, Mike was a senior waste management official for the County of Los Angeles and the Division Chief in charge of their environmental programs. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the fields of environmental protection management working as a design engineer, planner, regulator, consulting engineer, and as a county manager.
Mike is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California. He is currently serving as a Director of the Southern California Waste Management Forum, the Chairman of the Los Angeles County Solid Waste Facilities Appeal Board, a Director of the BioEnergy Producers Association, the Vice Chair of the Solid Waste Association of North America's Legislative Task Force, California Chapters and Savant Company Inc. Advisory Board.
Jauher Zaidi is Chairman & CEO of Palmchip Corporation. Jauher has over twenty years of experience in system design and integration. Jauher received his BSEE and MSEE degrees from Pacific States University in Los Angeles, California. He has also participated in many SoC panels and is a recognized expert in the area of SoC development.
Before founding Palmchip in 1996, he was involved in system-on-chip (SoC) integration at Quantum Corporation, where he managed the ASIC Group. He also led the single-chip I/O and disk controller ASIC design projects using co-simulation at Unisys, Amdahl, and Samsung.
Howard M. Bidna
Howard M. Bidna advises Savant Company Inc. on legal matters. A senior partner in the law firm of Bidna & Keys, APLC, in Newport Beach, California, Howard has practiced business law for over 25 years.
He is a graduate of University of California, Irvine and UCLA Law School, he is a member of the State Bar of California, and he speaks annually to lawyers at Continuing Education of the Bar seminars on business law topics.
